Delete your QRemo account

In the app

Open QRemo, go to Menu → Delete Account, and confirm.

By email

If you can't open the app, email support@qremo.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my QRemo account". We confirm it's you, then delete the account and tell you when it's done.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Your account, profile, your items and their photos are deleted, as described in section 8 of the Privacy Policy. On a list you share with others, the list stays for them. The records of where dates came from, item history and consent history are kept for the period in the Privacy Policy with your account identifier removed, so they can no longer be linked to you.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play: cancel it there first.
